Today’s post is a little bit different. I’ve been feeling nostalgic lately and I decided that my blog is the perfect place to share how grateful I am for everything.
This is going to get cheesy.
Meditation has recently become a very important factor in my life. It’s taught me to be grateful for what I have, not wanting for anything more. The impact it has had on my mental health is incredible, and I want to share with you all how happy I am.
Some are superficial, some are definitely a lot more heartfelt and important. But everything that follows makes me the happiest person alive.

If you’re going through a time in your life where everything feels wrong, remind yourself of the good things. Gratitude meditation might sound silly but it can change your life. I promise.
